At White River Hardwoods, we strive for perfection in every architectural detail; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for standard stocked items in their original condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the unused hardwood mouldings or carvings in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Ship the Items
Send your return via a trackable carrier of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned timber for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
